To all of you, members of the Konbit Project Cavaillon / HAITI-CANADA (KPCHC) committee
And our generous donors
How are you doing?
Officials of the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) have published the results of the official examinations for the class of the 9th Fundamental Year.
Indeed, College Notre Dame has achieved a fantastic result. Of the candidates who participated, 36 have succeeded out of 37, a percentage of 97/100.
It should also be noted that College Notre Dame comes in 3rd position of the top 10 list of schools which is drawn up by the inspector of the Cavaillon area. These 10 schools achieved the best results among the 39 schools that participated for the municipality of Cavaillon.
We would like to congratulate our valiant students as well as their parents, teachers, generous donors, and the other Friends of the College for their financial contribution and that of others which has allowed us to meet certain economic requirements, for the benefit of our students.
We are very grateful. Rest assured that God will repay you a hundredfold.
Union of Prayer and Solidarity.

I just spoke to Father Ignatius. He is happy with his stay and his encounters. He’s seen the work we’re doing. I made him understand all the work that this requires from the various governments.
He promised me that he would promote the project in Cavaillon.

Dear friends of Cavaillon, dear donor,
Our last communication was on August 20, 2022. We had reported to you the money raised by your donations and our primary objective which is the reconstruction of the parish school of Cavaillon at the request of the parish priest and the bishopric of Les Cayes.
Since then, the situation has changed in Haiti: insecurity has been at its maximum, preventing any development of the project in Cavaillon.
From our end, the work has progressed in the right direction.
We’d like to share with you all what has been accomplished. So, we invite you to a Zoom meeting next Sunday, June 25th at 1:30 p.m., two days before the parish feast of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, patron saint of Cavaillon.
The topics we will cover are:
Setup of a formal committee for the management of the project;
Presentation of the members of the committee;
Registration in Quebec of the non-profit organization called:
Konbit Cavaillon Project Haiti Canada (K P C H C);
Work accomplished with a recognized and reliable architectural firm in Haiti;
Presentation of the plan proposed by the architects by our experts on the Committee;
Financial statement to date.
Future funding to carry out the plan and seeking funding:
